The Glass & Bottle is perfectly situated in the village of Aisthorpe, just five miles from the historic city of Lincoln, only a fifteen-minute walk from the famous Dambusters Inn, Scampton and less than 2 miles from Lincolnshire showground.
The location offers wonderful views over the Lincolnshire countryside, with a great view of the flight line of the world famous RAF Red Arrows.
The accommodation is predominantly on the first floor, with a second bedroom available on the ground floor, should three or more guests be visiting. The Glass & Bottle is equipped to accommodate four people comfortably. Each of the bedrooms features an en suite bathroom, offering the flexibility to welcome a single family or couples.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in fridge, dishwasher and combination oven.
To the side of the house an outdoor seating area gives guests the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. A selection of board games and books are also provided for your enjoyment.
The property has off road parking for two cars.
We have spent many a happy time exploring the county and will be glad to recommend some of the many wonderful sights. Lincoln is home to the majestic Gothic Cathedral and Norman Castle, and offers visitors fantastic shopping and a vibrant night life. You will find the Lincolnshire Showground only two miles from the property, it has a packed events programme year round. The local area also offers cycle and walking routes through picturesque surroundings.
If you are looking to explore further afield, the Lincolnshire coastal towns of Skegness and Mablethorpe are only an hour’s drive away. The Natural Trust site of Belton House and the Elizabethan Burghley House can be found to the south of the county.
